- Suvarna Gairik [Slicate of alumina] :- It is an astringent, cooling useful in ulcers, opthous sores of oral cavity and also mucosal membrane of G.I. tract
- Shankha Bhasma:- It is astringent, digestive, carminative. Reduces flatulence & coliky pain. It is also an Anodyne [which gives relief by action on the sensory nerves.]
- Maka Extract [Eclipta alba] :- Hepatoprotective and stimulant [cholagogue] tonic, alternative and deobstruent [Removes obstructions]
- Nagvel Extract [Piper betel] :- Astringent, carminative, stimulant and aromatic removes nauseatic Sensation

Pharmacology: - Aloe indica: Tonic & stimulating action on uterus and thus helps in shedding of endometrium
- Aplotaxis auriculata: It has stimulating action on central nervous system as well as uterine vessels. It is an emmenagogue
- Ophixylon serpentitum: It is having effect on uterine muscles. It increases uterine contractions
- Ruta graveolens: It is found to be strongly acting on uterine muscles producing shedding of endometrium
- Caesalpinia bonducella: It is a bitter tonic having action on the uterus and ovaries.
- Aristolochia indica: It is a stimulant tonic and emmenagogue
- Plumbago zeylanica: It has powerful stimulating action. It Contains plumbagin which stimulates the central nervous system. It also stimulates the uterine muscles
- Aristolochia bracteata: It is an emmengogue. It increases the contractions of uterus ultimately results in shedding of endometrium
- Sodii biboras: It is an emmenagogue, regularises menstrual discharge and powerful convulsant during labour
- Gandhak: Acts as a stimulant
- Guggulu: It is an utering stimulant and emmengogue and it regulates the menstrual functions
Indication: - Used in the treatment dysmenorrheal due to local and general disorders & irregular menstruation
Contra Indication: - If pregnancy in confirmed this tablet should not be given other wise it may induce abortion.
